Marionette Lines

I think I’ve had these since I was at least 21, but they’re probably worse now, and I’ve hated them the entire time. Makeup immediately settles into them and so they look worse and worse as the day goes on.

How can I get rid of them? Or at least make them somewhat better? I’ve been told that filler would just make me look like a chipmunk.
